4.3 Refunds on tickets purchased via Heathrowexpress.com or the mobile app
If you buy a ticket from our website or mobile app and decide not to travel, you may use it or cancel it at an time within three months of the date of purchase.
Please note: This does not apply to Advance fare tickets. Advance tickets are non-refundable and nonexchangeable and are valid for one journey only on the travel date shown on ticket
4.5 Method of refund
Applications for a refund should be made within 1 month of ticket expiry.
Applications for refunds should be made in writing to whoever sold it to you and explaining the
circumstances involved. If you purchased your ticket from our website or mobile app, this can be done by visiting: http://www.heathrowexpress.com/contact-heathrow-express and completing a refund request form
